Rec Building Board

Oct 6, 2009

Members present were Mel Larson, Joyce Larson, Beth Swanson, Scott Forystek, Rollie Johnson and Bernice Koester. Visitor: Robert Maciej.

Motion by Mel Larson and seconded by Joyce Larson to accept the minutes as printed. M/S/P.

Financial report about the same as last month, we didn't have a report for the meeting.

We will be having the bids in by December instead of November for the remodeling on the interior of the front of rec building.

Discussion of ideas of remodeling we would like to be seen done to the recreation building.

Horseshoe starting Jan 4th and archery starting Jan 7th.

Next meeting November 3rd.
