Upsala Rec Board

The Upsala Rec Board oversees the use and operation of the city's Rec Building. The Board meets at least every other month on the first Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at Upsala City Hall. The building was recently remodeled and now has a fully equipped kitchen.

Fee Schedule: April-October $75 per day/event front including kitchen; $175 per day/event entire bldg.

Nov-March $100 per day/event front including kitchen; $200 per day/event entire bldg.

*$100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

To reserve the building for your event please contact Joyce Larson at 320-573-2371. An application to rent the building can be requested from Joyce or the Upsala city office at 320 573 4950 or email at cityofup@surfsota.com
