Community Development Commission (UCDC)

The Community Development Commission looks into projects and ideas which promote the city of Upsala and help improve our quality of life. They developed the Upsala brochure and also organize our Heritage Days festival. They meet the first Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the fire hall. They also created the task force for the new regional services center project.
